Development Sessions

LZFBA is excited to once again partner with Mike Kolze and Austin Scott (former Lake Zurich basketball standouts and current members of the LZHS Varsity Coaching Staff) for our Fall 2026 Preseason Development Sessions, assisted by members of the Girls Varsity Team.

Each session will focus to sharpen fundamentals of the game—shooting, passing, ball-handling, offensive and defensive concepts. Drills and instruction will be tailored to age and skill level.

Ages

Boys and girls in 3rd–8th grade will train together as future LZ Basketball players.

Please walk your child in to confirm registration before the session starts. Players should arrive fully ready to go, equipped with a water bottle and an indoor basketball.

When

4 Sessions:

Mon, Sept 14 (LZHS, Main Gym)

Tues, Sept 22 (LZHS, Field House)

Tues, Sept 29 (LZHS, Field House)

Thurs, Oct 1 (LZHS, Field House)

Times:

3rd-5th Grade: 6:00-7:20pm

6th-8th Grade: 7:30-8:50pm

Where

Skills sessions will be located at Lake Zurich High School in the Main Gym or Fieldhouse.

Cost

$80 for all 4 sessions

$50 for 2 sessions

*Pre-registration is strongly recommended
