Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

LZ Hoops (Boys) Registrations

We understand that circumstances sometimes change, and while refunds are not guaranteed, they may be considered under specific situations. Refunds will be considered for the following reasons: • A season-ending injury to the player • The family relocating outside the Lake Zurich area To request a refund, guardians listed during registration must email lzfbball@gmail.com. Requests should be made as soon as possible once circumstances are known. Refund amounts will be determined based on: • The portion of the season already completed • Non-refundable costs already incurred by the program (e.g., uniforms, league fees, insurance, administrative expenses) Refunds, when granted, will be returned in the same method as the original payment: • Credit card refunds will only be issued back to the original card used • Check refunds will only be sent to the home address provided at registration Please note: Incurred processing fees are non-refundable.
